Our top tips for staying organized & efficient in ActivePipe:

Email & Campaigns

• Create New Campaigns 
• Archive or delete any outdated or unused Emails 
• Archive unused Campaigns

Contacts: 

• Use our Tag Management tool to update or Delete Tags *
• Edit & update ‘not subscribed’ contacts *
• Set up your Sign Up Pages *
• Add in First Names to contacts so you can personalize emails with our placeholder feature *
• Organize your contacts into Tags*:
  • Some we might suggest are:
    • Sphere of Influence
    • Buyers
    • Sellers
    • Newsletter

**Please note if you use a CRM all contact management is done there**

Reporting:

• Make note of your unsubscribed Contacts
• See what Properties are the getting the most interactions
  
• Take note of when your emails/campaigns seem to have the best open rates
